Yep, she'd be a cool guest....although a goodly percentage of us wouldn't be able to look at her without thinking "She got to do a sex scene with Nathan.....freaking luckiest girl on earth...." Wink Well, aside from Nathan's real-life girlfriends, of course!

Geoffrey Mandel would be a good guest to have. I'd love to have him sign one of my shiny QMX Alliance Currency Bills! He also worked on the Serenity Blueprints, along with.... uh... darn! I forgot his name. Will post it later unless someone beats me to it Smile.

I don't remember him at B3, unless I just don't remember what he looks like. I do like having the behind the scenes people invited, it's always great talking to them.

I don't think he stood up and spoke or anything, but he spent a fair amount of time at the QMX table signing money and chatting with people. Very wonderful guy, talked about how much he loved how intelligent and nice browncoats were. He was really engaging and friendly and just plain fun to talk to.

Despite knowing exactly what you're talking about, I'm totally getting the giggles at the image of a big long queue of people waiting for the guy giving away free money and signing it first Wink

I wouldn't say he'd make my *dream* list, but I wouldn't mind meeting Daniel Bess...he was the Mudder who took a bullet for Jayne in Jaynestown, and he was on the first season of 24...that would take care of two of my obsessions in one, really!

Of course, Mark Sheppard covers even more of them... Cool

There are just so many cool people to choose from. I might as well just say anyone who worked on the show, in front or behind the camera.

Oh wow, I thought he looked familiar, but I never did place him before now. Lol, thanks for the enlightenment.

I'm very honored to announce a real sweetheart, Clare Kramer, also known as Glory on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, will be a special guest on Browncoat Cruise!

Clare is a true Browncoat. Among other kindnesses, she opened her Hollywood restaurant La Cantina three weeks early, just to give the Backup Bash Browncoats a place to call home for an unforgettable evening with the cast.

Thanks Clare Smile

Her Glorificousness? Really?

Wow, that made up for Tax Day for me! I'm so psyched!

Now update the Guests announcements on the main page and I'll be able to stop pinching myself in disbelief!

I sure hope I can work out my trip issues b/c I might slit my wrists if I can't go (no, not really, but still).

Great frakkin news. Not that I didn't half expect it the way people here were talking about B3. Btw. What was B3? The backup for Flan (I only count two Bs. Backup Bash)?

Clare Kramer... that is wonderful news, and very fitting. She is indeed a Browncoat, through and through. I see her on this cruise as just a down-payment for all the thanks BCs everywhere owe her. Smile

Well if I had my way, here is who I would want to hang with on a frickin' cruise to Cabo...

Top line
Joss - who else

BDH
Adam Baldwin
Morena Baccarin

All the others
Christina Hendricks (Saffron)
Mark Sheppard (Badger)
Richard Brooks (Jubal Early)
Jonathan Woodward (Tracey)
Yan and Rafael Feldman (Fanty & Mingo)
Greg Edmondson

I suppose you could throw in Chiwetel Ejiofer and David Krumholtz, but I am bound to Firefly than Serenity. Matter of fact I would hang out with Krumholtz for many different reasons than Firefly/Serenity.

Well, I seem to be going to the LA con in additon to the cruise, so I'm now rather interested is seeing guests that will not be at that convention as well.

Alan hasn't been announced for either event, but I read on another forum that he's too busy with real work to accept convention bookings. If that's true, no Alan. Gina doesn't do many conventions, and just had a baby, so probably no Gina.

Sean.....Sean would be cool, and he hasn't signed on for either event yet.

That, and Gina (hopefully) will have a job in Standoff. Fox'd better not cancel Standoff. That on TOP of Drive would kill me,

And Summer...there hasn't been a whack of Summer love in this thread lately!

And, my random pleading for the Morena and Christina 2-pack. I actually dreamed last night that I saw them again at another con and was asking them about whether they were coming on the cruise...water featured heavily in the dream, too, actually, now that I think about it... Cool

I'll support that effort to bring the ladies along for the ride - Morena, Summer and Christina would be great guests.

Of course, if they are all working on projects I'd understand - and want to see those too.
