To pull the original quote from the Official Board. 
There is a Spoiler Section specifically marked on this board, let's all try & remember that a bunch of us Browncoats are trying to remain spoiler-free for the Serenity movie...so please use your judgment when posting any news/info on the movie (even something as small and seemingly insignificant as a casting list), and clearly mark spoilers, or keep 'em in the Spoiler thread!

Haven't seen any spoilers. Your idea of what a spoiler is about everything that has to do with anything of the movie.
The definition of a spoiler that I know is specific details about a storyline.
It seems under some peoples' definitions of spoiler we would have to combine movie news and spoilers into one thread.
I'm not going to put spoiler in the title unless I think it is a spoiler and I wouldn't put it in another section but the spoiler section so that would defeat the purpose.
Talking about cast and crew is not a spoiler.

Not to be confrontational, but sometimes it can be. I had no idea David B was even being considered for a part in the movie, and I consider that to be something I wouldn't have wanted to know. Trivial, probably, and probably also something that eventually wouldn't have been avoidable, what with all the reports flying around.
However, I'm trying to avoid most articles regarding the movie as well, and just keeping to the boards. I know it's all relative, who considers what to be a spoiler...but movie discussions might be best kept to the spoiler threads, just to be safe.

I know where you are coming from. However, while I don't want any true spoilers, I do want movie news. So for now I'm going to keep them separate. If anyone is really spoiler adverse, I'd recommend staying out of the movie news section as well.
I'm going to change the subheading on the movie news so that people know minor spoilers may reside there.
