A few months back there was a mention about an Easter Egg....
Did you actually put one in the DVD somewhere?
If so, would you like to drop a clue...or two...as to where we'd find it?

There are actually 5 easter eggs (though one is online and not active yet). Here are the only clues I've given out so far:
1. You have to be a very knowledgable / well connected Browncoat to get this one...
2. ...follow the white Thor...
3. Contra _________________ Keep Flyin!

O....K....
So. What do I have to ply you with to get some actual clues?

1. probably has to fdo with completing the hardest trivia set of questions
2. Not sure. Haven't seen a white hammer running around on the disc.
3. Contra - an old nintendo video game. Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right where the d-pad controls for the well known Knomai cheat code. |

#2 was by far the easiest one to find for me. |

Well the only one I've found is #4...I finished the hardest trivia three times and each time my dvd player stops and doesn't play anymore.
I can't seem to find any of the others. |

I've found 1... the Contra one... and might I say GENIUS! (c:
I'll say that producers really like to see their names on screen and when you see the form that the easter egg link takes a good geek should know exactly what to do...
Meanwhile... Thor is the name of the guy who had Nathan propose for him at Flanvention and he's featured on the film doing karaoke with his girl during one of the musical montages... beyond that, no clue how that's a clue to an easter egg...
Meanwhile... No fair keeping secrets! |

Oh all right...
I was being coy because you described in detail the very shot where the Easter egg is hidden.
<spoiler>The only thing you left out was the icon that pops up on the bottom right of the screen, which, for instance, might have you reflexively clicking Select on your remote...</spoiler> |

OK. I'm a geek, but not that much of one, I guess. LOL!
What the hell is Contra?

I can never find easter eggs the "honest way". And I have empathy for those like me, so if your computer lets you select bits by title, you can find four of the eggs that way. _________________ If your hand touches metal, I swear by my pretty floral bonnet, I will end you. |

Does it make me a sad, weak, little person when I tell ya'll that I cheated?

Absolutely not.
James T. Kirk did. And Mal would.

Well said, I'm happy to be in such esteemed company.
So, far I've only found #3 and that was because of being given almost a fool proof map.
Unfortunately my 'puter doesn't let me go from title to title so that hint didn't help. Any other clues would be greatly appreciated. BTW are all the easter eggs within the documentary?

Oh man, the Contra one was a pain with my DVD remote -- that will be soooo much easier to do on my computer, but the kids wanted to watch it with me so it was TV time.
You guys did a great job hiding these Easter Eggs. _________________ Motion to panic carried.

I emailed asking about this yesterday and Jeremy replied:
"There are 4 on the DVD video part and the fifth easter egg is on the DVD-ROM and it just takes you to a "secret" website, where we plan to post some videos and whatever else we think of, but at the moment it's a dead link." |

| I tried to get to the easter egg by doing the hard trivia - got all 10 right, but the dvd doesn't play anything after that. What am I doing wrong? |

There are some players that get messed up by the randomization. It's beyond our control, all I can suggest is to try a different player. _________________ Keep Flyin!

| I've tried it on my computer, my brother's computer and a regular DVD player and none of them play anything after the trivia quiz is over. |
