Hey Jeremy! Loved the pic's of you in your costume. I'd love to hear all about your experience in the BDM. Anyway, I'm new here, so please forgive me if you've already gone through this!!! I have a web site for David Krumholtz who supposedly is cast as "Mr. Universe". I was hoping you, or someone could confirm this, so I can delete it from my site if the info is not correct. Well, just wanted to say congrats, you're so lucky! Wink

Ooh, you got a pic of me and Summer??!! Yay!

Our camera would NOT take it...and I haven't heard from Erin.

Can I snag it and put it on my little website/photo album?

You have a great camera! I sure wish we'd gotten a pic of that other little gal, Lisa, she is a Browncoat!

Are you going to Comic Con in San Diego? It's become 'slightly possible' that we might get to go!

Hey Jeremy & Brian!! Super pics~ Hooray that I made the website! Very Happy You guys were a blast to work with and co-endure the Temple of Doom, er, Tunnel of Death Wink *wink wink* 8 hours on a steep slant such as that, in purple suade boots, a giant stage light RIGHT on you and more incense and smoking squid than you could inhale in a lifetime is enough to drive anyone to sheer madness.. But all for the sake of Serenity I suppose Smile Laughing It was tons of fun, so glad I got to pass the time w/ you two! (even if I was the only one in 1980's Star Trek attire Shocked ) Oh the agony. Razz Take care and keep in touch!

Jenn

Hi Jenn,

Welcome, welcome! It's great you came by. Please post often. I have a higher res copy of your pic, if you'd like a copy, just let me know.

Have you watched all the episodes yet? Even if you haven't, you are most welcome into the ranks of the Browncoats. Cool

Talk to you later,
Jeremy

PS And just between you and me (and everybody else reading this), I actually really liked the 1980's Star Trek look. Wink

PPS Sorry I misspelled your name, I'll go fix that now.

What a great opportunity...don't know if I'd like the slanted tunnel of doom...but it sounds like a good experience--- I'll try to keep an eye out for you and other Browncoats when the movie comes out !!

great photos, its so darn cool that you guys get to work on this moment of glory what a wonderful experience it must be

That writing on your head, it does look very like Korean although there are slight variations so I can't say if it is Korean for sure, it could be an older form of Korean or perhaps styled writing like we have older English or European caligraphy in certain text

the top symbol of the tattoo looks like 희 which is Korean and I think is pronounced 'hui' or 'huy' but it doesn't mean anything on its own so it is likely part of a larger phrase or word

it looks like an old version of Korean Script, and your costume is definitely of Korean origins.

hey man. im korean. the letters of your tattoo are definitely korean, but its spelled wrong, upside down, and doesnt make sense.

the first one going from your neck to the top of your head reads "eu". its not really a word. the second one isnt a word. just a bunch of letters stuck together. the third one looks like it should be "chae" which is a pretty common korean last name. but the dude spelled it wrong. the long line on the right should be on the left side. the 4th one, sorry man, is totally not a word. i have no freaking clue what it is. on the 5th one, the line on the right should be on the left. it reads "hee" and is usually the second part of someones name.

my friend sent me this link, so i have no idea if its a real tattoo or not. if it is, id go kick the tattoo artists ass. seriously.

sorry man.

Hey, thanks for joining up here and posting the information.

No, it is not a real tatoo. It was a painted-on tattoo. The person wearing it was an extra in a movie called Serenity, that came out last summer. It was a science-fiction movie set in the future, that had a lot of Asian influences in it -- Chinese and Korean and others.

The idea is that, in the future, all the cultures have blended together, so most people speak more than one language.

Bummer to hear that the person who painted it on didn't get it quite right. But thanks again for posting.
