Short? I think you'll find it was 72 minutes long, which is only two minutes under our longest ever episode (S3E5, which was 74 minutes long).
Chances are, all those segments you mentioned will be back next ep (at the expense of something else). We've just got too much stuff to squeeze into 74 mins! _________________

oh.
I think I'm too used to watching BBC News 24 on my laptop.
Twas kinda weird not seeing pictures..... and well, and hour and a bit compared to 24 hour.... you can see why i thought it was short.
I miss Badgers World.
When are we gonna next be delighted with a commentary? Just asking is all

...oooh...kay...
So, we're going to spend this thread talking about what's not in Episode 10? Bugger!
Alas, every segment has to take a rest from time to time because it won't all fit, and because we like variety. Sorry and all that. So, how about you ask about those not-present-items on a different thread, and then we can get some feedback on the things that were in ep 10 on this one (this being the Episode 10 thread)? Cool? _________________

I missed hearing that cool guy doing the news.

These are the right kind of problems to have!
I know that Companion Kate and the rest of the crew works very hard to squeeze as much Browncoaty goodness as possible into every episode.
Enjoy,

So listen guys - we've got the history of the Firefly Class Transport in this one! (And incidently, you can download the transcript of that article via the link in our show notes). Straight from Universal's archives, a whole new bunch of near-canon, including a whole wodge of fruity oaty goodness, like - had any of you heard about the "great expansion of 2435" before? A hundred odd worlds opening up all at once. Well, now you have! And if we had to drop the music section or the Test Kitchen or whatever to fit this item in, well, that's just a decision that had to be made.
But guys - this is "The 'verse just got bigger" writ big!
I'm sure Andy would love to hear how this goes down among the browncoats. This is the place to let him know. _________________

*thinks she just got a slap on the wrist*
sorry.
No excuse. You guys work bloody hard on the signal.
No offence was intended.
the history of the Firefly Class Transport was indeed very good, and nicely put together too. Not just someone reading a load of facts and figures. I like the idea that the Firefly was aesthetically modeled after a firefly and not just a by product of engineering.
Transcript is a very good idea. There was a heck of a lot of information.
Anyway, I'm just gonna meekly slip out the back door and into my holiday. _________________ keep flying, stay shiny, and lets get that gorram trilogy! |

Glad you liked it! That was our biggest review lengthwise to date, wanted to try and do it justice. Badgers World *will* be back never fear. And yeah, Borderline is cool. (My wife Joy got to play Lt Bryant btw
Inside Serenity has a heck of a lot of new info...with more to come

I wonder if the podcast version of the newsreel is called "Poderline"? _________________ Hell, I've been to the edge. |

So, may we call the Firefly mid-bulk transport the 'verse's VW Beetle? |
