Backup Bash, Updated Cruise Info

• This Friday, we will be announcing our final decision of where Browncoat Cruise will be sailing from and to and when. At this time it's looking very much like we will be leaving from Southern California. There are certainly advantages to both Florida and Texas, but the advantages of leaving from SoCal have outweighed them so far. Check back this Friday for final word.

• We've been getting quite a few questions about who we are. Browncoat Cruise is Jeremy, Brian and Tony from Done The Impossible and our good friend and local Browncoat Christy, who has a degree in recreation management and event planning. We will also be working with a many leaders in the Browncoat community, of whom many of us know well.

• We really enjoyed meeting so many Browncoats before, during and after filming our documentary that we just didn't want the documentary to be the last thing we did for the community, so after months of debating it, we decided to throw a themed cruise. We look forward to having yet another great reason to hang out with you all.

• We were able to attend the Browncoat Backup Bash this weekend, and huge props to the California Browncoats for pulling off a small miracle! You folks are amazing. We look forward to working with you next year on the Cruise.

• We gave away a full access pass to the cruise at the Backup Bash. Congrats to the winner.

• With all the brouhaha around cancelation, un-cancelation and re-cancelation of Flanvention II we wanted to reassure everyone that nothing like that will happen with Browncoat Cruise. We will be as open with the finances as we are allowed. You can rest assured that your deposits and payment plan cashy money will be in good hands. We will keep you up to date on any and all developments as they happen. No secrets or (bad) surprises, we promise.

• Early registration is looking like it will start the first week of January. Those that book early will be getting a discount, and yes we will be offering a payment plan.
