Can't Stop the Serenity Entry Rules

Would you like to win a cruise cabin for two on Browncoat Cruise? You must attend a Can't Stop the Serenity charity screening this June to enter. One finalist will be chosen from each of the cities holding Can't Stop The Serenity events in 2007. The winner will be drawn by Browncoat Cruise on July 2, 2007, and promoted online.

Winner will be responsible for transportation to and from the San Diego, CA launch point. One entry per person. No purchase necessary. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the drawing. Cruise cabin is non-transferable and no cash substitution allowed. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of winner. By entering, you may receive email from Browncoat Cruise and our partners.

In the event that a winner chooses not to accept the prize, or cannot be contacted within 14 days, they forfeit all claim to that prize. Browncoat Cruise then has the right, at its discretion, to award that prize to a runner-up. Acceptance by the winner of the prize offered constitutes permission to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes for no additional compensation.

Prizewinners and their traveling companion will be required to sign a Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability, Indemnity and Publicity Release prior to travel, and return it within 14 days of notification or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another winner may be selected.

Entrants agree that Browncoat Cruise, its representatives and employees are not responsible for, and shall be indemnified by the prizewinner against, any claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion and/or acceptance, use, misuse, possession, or loss of the prize.
